Medical weight-bath treatment. This treatment is a conservatives medical procedure: by stretching the main joints of the spine and the lower limbs. This way the degenerative mutation of these parts can be treated. The main purpose of this treatment is mostly the stretching of the pubic section of the spine, since most of the the pathological mutation can be found here, because this point is the most flexible and the most vulnerable part of the body. With the help of the elevating power of the water (lukewarm) and, if necessary, with extra weights, the desired stretching effect is achieved. The weight bath is a Hungarian invention, Károly Moll bath doctor of Hévíz introduced it. During the past more than half a decade, it has become immensely popular in Hungary.
Fizzy bath. During a fizzy bath treatment, carbon dioxide (CO2) is added to the water, this way letting thousands of mini bubbles cover our guests' body. As a result the blood vessels dilate, the blood supply of the heart improves. In certain cases of artery and venal circulatory problems (narrowing of blood vessels) can be applied, but it also has a positive effect on locomotor disorders combined with circulatory conditions.
Kinesio Tape. This revolutionary therapy can help with eliminating muscular pain and joint aches. The method is frequently used by sporting stars due to its excellent success rate in aiding the process of treating sporting injuries, spinal problems and back aches, circulatory disorders, post surgery rehabilitation, elbow problems (tennis and golf elbow) and various other joint problems.
Curative massage. One of the oldest healing procedure. Its purpose is to mellow the muscles of the body. As a result, the circulation gets better, the pain decreases and it restores the flexibility of the skin and muscles. Its muscle-mellowing effect makes it one of the most popular therapeutic method.
Tangentor- underwater jet massage. With a warm spout of water this massage is done in a bathtub, directed on the rigid muscle groups. Its massaging and mellowing effect has positive impact on the tone of the muscles, improves the peripheric blood and lymph circulation. It is best applied in case of muscle pain, to mellow muscles, to ttreat arthritis or - as part of an after-treatment - following accidents or operations.
Localised cryotherapy. During treatment air cooled to a subzero temperature – usually minus 30 C° - is directed and applied to a selected area of the body. The method is most commonly used to reduce inflammation in swollen joints. Due to its highly effective relief for muscular spasms in addition to its excellent analgesic quality and potential to stimulate circulation it is also used as a muscle relaxant. It is recommended for treating training-related overstress and fatigue in muscles and is also a beneficial aid for warming up. It is also recommended for use before physiotherapy as the cold air relieves pain, which makes it easier to relax and excercise muscles and as a result the healing process will be accelerated and more effective.
Thai Massage. Unlike western massage techniques the primary objective of Thai massage is not the kneading of muscles but the activation and balancing of the body’s energy flow by applying acupressure and gentle stretching along the body’s energy lines. By dissolving energy blocks the body’s harmonic and balanced working is restored and its self-healing potential is activated, which boosts the immune system. It also relieves stress. After a session patients feel lighter and relaxed in both body and mind. The massage is performed on a mat on the floor. The spiritual reason for this is the idea that the person receiving the massage and the massage practitioner need to be on the same level. It is also very practical because it makes the work of the practitioner easier as it is not muscular strength that is used to apply pressure but body weight and a variety of massage techniques.
